As a multifamily property manager, unfortunately and on occasion, I encounter moments where a loss of life occurs inside an apartment that I manage. I was referred to Bio-One of Modesto by not just one but TWO of my peers. For those who dont know, there are such strict guidelines, procedures, and protocols that are required in preparation for the next prospective renter. The job I hired them for was done thoroughly and efficiently. Latrice and her technician, Jamani, did an outstanding job at my place ! I had a residual Indian curry smell in my kitchen. Not only is there Not a trace of an odor, but the whole house smells fresh.. even inside of the microwave ! Do Not hesitate, as this service is worth every penny.
