Latrice and her technician, Jamani, did an outstanding job at my place ! I had a residual Indian curry smell in my kitchen. Not only is there Not a trace of an odor, but the whole house smells fresh.. even inside of the microwave ! Do Not hesitate, as this service is worth every penny. Educated professionals and Not just deep cleaning. Ty again for helping me, as I am sensitive to any scents. I am beyond happy !!

Fantastic experience! Extremely rapid response. Service was excellent. Everyone we dealt with in the company was friendly, communicative, and professional. We contacted Bio-One Modesto for cleanup of raccoon feces. (We read that it can be very toxic, so we didn’t want to tackle the job ourselves.) Bio-One came over the same day and gave us an estimate, then safely cleaned and disinfected the area the next day. The technician even cleared all the ivy brush that the feces had touched. I’d call them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Bio-One of Modesto service is top notch. Family owned and operated, they really go above and beyond in all aspects. Professionalism and customer service is on point . As a multifamily property manager, unfortunately and on occasion, I encounter moments where a loss of life occurs inside an apartment that I manage. For those who dont know, there are such strict guidelines, procedures, and protocols that are required in preparation for the next prospective renter.
