Highly professional, prompt and courteous, and did a great job. They turned my sister's house from a biohazard eyesore into something I can at least now work with without having to apologize to anyone who sees it.

I initially called into Bio one Sacramento location where Seth was very kind & helpful and referred me over to Latrice in Modesto. Latrice was very kind, super helpful as well and was able to give me different treatment options for my specific situation. Latrice was also flexible and understanding with me during this difficult time. They did great job, are very professional and are able to get the job done in a timely manner. I recommend Bio one and would work with them again.

Fantastic experience! Extremely rapid response. Service was excellent. Everyone we dealt with in the company was friendly, communicative, and professional. We contacted Bio-One Modesto for cleanup of raccoon feces. (We read that it can be very toxic, so we didn’t want to tackle the job ourselves.) Bio-One came over the same day and gave us an estimate, then safely cleaned and disinfected the area the next day. The technician even cleared all the ivy brush that the feces had touched. I’d call them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Latrice and her technician, Jamani, did an outstanding job at my place ! I had a residual Indian curry smell in my kitchen. Not only is there Not a trace of an odor, but the whole house smells fresh.. even inside of the microwave ! Do Not hesitate, as this service is worth every penny. Educated professionals and Not just deep cleaning. Ty again for helping me, as I am sensitive to any scents. I am beyond happy !!
